The Hut - Colwell Bay

The Hut, Colwell Bay opened on 1st May and was brought to the Isle of Wight by the team behind Chelsea’s chic brasserie-style bar and restaurant, Eighty-Six. The Hut is a quintessentially English 'beach hut' style restaurant open all day every day throughout the summer season. The Hut will offer a more exciting approach to beach side dining on the Isle of Wight, serving culinary classics with innovative twists. The Hut will strive to offer the freshest seasonal food at reasonable prices, using locally sourced produce wherever possible. The menu boasts delicious dishes ranging from the simple Island Tomato Salad to the outstanding Thai Baked Cod wrapped in a banana leaf.

Arrival by boat is not off the cards as The Hut has their own tender to ferry guests to and from boats anchored in the bay.

The Hut pride themselves in offering a variety of dining options to satisfy all, from casual mid morning coffee through to candle lit dinners on the deck overlooking the western Solent, with stunning panoramic views of Fort Albert and Hurst Castle.

The Hut is open Monday- Sunday 10am-12:30pm
