Terms and Conditions for Tapnell Farm

Guest Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking a holiday or wedding with us in our accommodation at Tapnell & East Afton Farm on the Isle of Wight.
All bookings are provisional until payment is received and the booking is confirmed by us.

For bookings made between 18th April 2020 and 4th April 2022, we will honour our 100% COVID refund policy should guests be forced to cancel as a result of COVID.

For all new bookings made after 4th April 2022, we are then offering a COVID postponement policy. Should you be forced to cancel because of COVID then we can offer a postponement to stay up to 365 days after your original date.

For all new bookings made after 17th August 2022, we will no longer be offering a COVID refund or postponement policy. It is important that you book your own travel insurance to cover your booking if you are unable to travel as a result of COVID or any other reason.

Your booking and payment (of the deposit or full amount) for your accommodation(s) is your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Bookings can only be made if you are at least 18 years old. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by us.
